When you think of putting the ball in the hands of a quarterback with the game on the line... 2 minutes to go. These two are no doubt two of the best. They have an uncanny ability to make the big play. Make the right decision. So the question is. Two minutes left. Your team is down 6. You need a touchdown for the win. Who do you want leading it? Elway or Brady?I say Elway.
Same. Elway was exciting to watch when he played. I definately miss him But yeah, I would definately put John Elway in the huddle.
I want John Elway holdin the pigskin boys. Maybe when Bradys career is over and gets another Super Bowl by leading his team with 2 minutes left. I just think John Elway would be more fit in these situations. I would have more confidence in him calling the plays.
For sure John Elway. He's just a legend. But you can't really compare these 2 now. Wait till Brady's retired then compare. But Brady might be one of the best clutch QB's in the leauge.
Elway. No guy could do it better than him, no, not even Tom Brady. Everyone has heard of "the drive", and yes, that was Elway. He's one of the all-time greats and definately the comeback-king.

He has 2 game winning drives to Elway's 1.By your measuring stick, Brady already has Elway beaten.</span>

I'd definitley take Elway. If there is 2 minutes left you have to worry about clockwork. Elway can scramble whereas Brady is a pocket passer. Elway was more mobile and effective in throwing. His teammates trusted him with everything and it would all work out. Brady, is definitley a great young QB. He has great leadership on the field which helps the team improvise and play with tremendous offensive power. Nonetheless, Elway would take this one for me, but maybe Brady can prove me wrong in a few years.
If my team were down by 1 or 2, then Tom Brady. If my team actually needed to get a TD to win, and not have Adam Vinny save the day, Elway.

If Brady can get the Pats to the playoffs this season, then he is an excellent QB.

Who was their RB's in those SB's? Yeah no one knows. Who were the WR's? Again no one knows.Elway > BradyBrady got thrown onto an already good team. Elway stuck with Denver even when they went through slumps during his career.
I have. Both of the SB's and many playoff games. Too bad I was too young to really remember them a whole lot.
