That seems like a completely different scenario. The guy was in jail for 8 years for a crime committed when he was 17... And the law that released him was voted for by the public. Any evidence of releasing somebody soon after a violent crime?
Yes, there you go. That is cause for concern. Violent people like this need removed from society for a while.
