I think that Washington is gonna try and contain LT and stop him from getting any big runs, maybe even hold him from even getting a touchdown (hopefully). I think that I heard Gates isn't gonna play so that will definately help out the Washington pass defense.I think Portis will have a big day, maybe we will even see a big play from Brunell to Moss, who knows.I'm going with Washington on this one, as long as they can avoid turnovers they have this one, especially since they have only lost one game at home so far.

How can they win without LT having a big day? They are gonna have to capitalize off turnovers. Who will they pass to? McCardell? haha.I'm praying for the 'skins, their season is on the line if they wanna get to the playoffs they NEED this win.GO REDSKINS

Update: 'skins let the Bolts into Washington territory, hold them to a 3rd down where Tomlinson tried to throw to Drew Brees, pass was broken up by Marcus Washington, which led to a 42 yard field goal attempt by Nick Kaeding, who, yes, MISSED.That was a huge stop for the Redskins IMO.

QUOTE (His Greatness @ Nov 27 2005, 03:14 PM)

I thought Gates wasn't going to play..
Me too cuz of that foot injury. Looks like he is primarily being used as a blocker though so I'm not worried about him.

Update: LaVar Arrington picked off Brees but squeezed the ball too hard between his hands and it just fell out of his hands, that would have been huge for Washington.Who else saw Marty throw the challenge flag? It was hilarious!Another Update: Great Washington drive in the late 3rd quarter, first a good screen pass to Moss where he picked up a first down, then a pass to Portis who followed his blockers to get another first down, then a handoff to Rock Cartwright for a 13 yard touchdown. Awesome drive, San Diego couldn't do anything to stop us. B)Another ANOTHER Update: Carlos Rogers picks off Drew Brees (would be for the second time had he not dropped the last interception) after he tries to go deep! First pick of his career.

I'm sick and tired of the Redskins getting a nice lead in the beginning and blowing it at the end like that. Looks like I'm gonna have to go with Plan B and root for my second favorite team now that the Redskins are out of the Playoff Hunt. Maybe next year... [IMG]

yeah, 184 yards and 2 TD's saved the Chargers from the crappy performance by Drew Brees and gives them the win. Tomlinson is unbelievable.

Yeah, Tomlinson proved himself as the best back in the NFL today (again). When the game was on the line he just competely stepped his game up and took over the game. Awesome job by LT Today. [IMG]
