I want to see Dame, Hart, Nas, Grant, and Nurk. With Ant being 6th man of the year in the John Havlicek role . Look him up youngsters, and see how a 6th man can actually lead his team in scoring and become a Hall of Famer.
You can't put GP2 in the PG spot. If the answer is to pair him with a primary ballhandler like Simons, then effectively he's playing SG. Maybe swap assignments on defense, but PG doesn't fit GP2's offensive game.
I don't disagree with this. My backups weren't slotted into a pure position, otherwise there would be times with 6 men on the court and others with 4. I had 55 minutes of PG's and 38 minutes of centers. I just listed 5 guys behind each starter, GP2 is more at the PG/SG position that Sharpe (who might play some 3)
PG Dame 35 Simons 13 SG Simons 22 Payton 20 Sharpe 6 SF Hart 30 Little 14 Sharpe 4 PF Grant 32 Little 8 Winslow 8 C Nurk 28 Watford 10 Winslow 10 Totals Dame 35 Simons 35 Grant 30 Hart 30 Nurk 28 Little 22 Payton 20 Winslow 18 Watford 10 Sharpe 10 This is if everyone is healthy and available. Of course some guys will miss time, so actual minute averages of backups will be higher and there will be more than 10 guys who play.
