ya gotta give him the max. The season he was healthy he was off the charts good. It's a risk but will probably pay off pretty well.
It's a question mark but when healthy he is really really good. CJ, Zion, Dyson Daniels, Valanciunas, Herb Jones, Brandon Ingram, Larry Nance Jr puts them ahead of us.
In the real world, if you are disabled and not able to work, you have short-term disability that can go into long-term disability. Those pay a portion of your regular pay. The NBA needs something like that. In the cases of player who are constantly injured, or something like what Ben Simmons did last season, they certainly aren't going broke, but it does hurt the franchise and the club is not getting what they were paying for.
Just saw that his contract has a stipulation that at no time can his weight and body fat % add up to 295 combined……
The thing is with Zion he is a player that has the size and ability to dominate. If he is anywhere near the hoop with the ball and he has a path he WILL take the ball to the hole and throw it down! This is the major difference between him and players like Nurk who also has the size and ability to throw the ball down whenever he has any clear path to the hoop but simply does not do it. If Zion is healthy he will dominate a game. It's simple as that.
That’s never been in doubt. Funny thing is, go to the start of this thread and look at the posts about how he didn’t have enough game. Haters from the get go. Of course weight is the issue, but people had the nerve to say he didn’t have the talent. That’s what irked me.
correct. He's also a petty cool guy, getting in touch with the local teams by wearing the basketball shirt of the city.
