    Agreed

everyone seems to think we’re done. There could be a decent back up big signing

It's a nice video sure but it's like every dunk he ever did in the NBA. Some of them they had to use two and three times to get enough to make the video.
They even used a couple missed dunks that they cut away from.

Dude is soft to the core. SOFT soft.

This roster is definitely a level below the one I was on up until I blew my Achilles.

A tough player breeds toughness. Maybe GP2 can bring it?

It's not, in my opinion. That roster didn't have a bench. That roster didn't have the Dame that this roster will or anyone close to his talent level. Also LaMarcus was aloof and uninterested in Dame's ascension. So I think this is a better constructed roster with a better coach.

interesting that players actually in the league have the opposite view. Day’ron sharpe called him the most physical player he went up against in his rookie season.

Weird thing to say. I wouldn’t tell Stotts I think he’s a bad coach to his face. I wouldn’t tell Neil that he’s an orange hairdo to his face.

I’m also sure Scalma wouldn’t talk nearly as much shit to half the people on this board to their face.

Yeah just seems off to call a guy soft multiple times. Especially when he's playing on your team and anchors our defense.

People get frustrated with him because a lot of the time when he should just dunk it he will just toss it at the hoop.

Yeah, Nurk is definitely not soft. He is temperamental and that does hurt his motor on both ends from time to time. He also still loves those flip shots when he could obviously, easily dunk them. He does get too fancy/careless with his passing, which is otherwise stellar for a big man. Other than that he's great and all of those things could just clear up, even at this point in his career. Would I trade him in a heartbeat for a big that can switch onto more positions on defense and doesn't need those problems to clear up? Yeah but he has a reasonable contract and a better coach, so I'm excited to see what he can do this season.

Yeah that's frustrating but I'd be a little leary about dunking after breaking my leg. He's trying to minimize the amount of impact he puts on his joints. Can't really blame the guy. I know he did that even before the injury but it's more noticeable since the injury.

We praise when our guards or whatever choose to do a layup over a dunk to minimize injury but when Nurk does it he's "soft".
