Yup seemed like the only logical reasoning. 2nd half he was back in the locker room. Time for us all to pray I mean we're due for some good karma c'mon hoop gods.

Sharpe looked like a droopy dog tonight. Very disappointing. If he was taken with a flyer OK, but not at 7. Duren looks ready to go. He looked like a top 10 player.

meh duren just dunked. he also made some of the same turnovers that were maddening in college.

shaedon was predictably a bit rusty. i really hope he can get reps the rest of the games. i don't like us treating him with kid gloves-- kid needs a kick in the pants.

For sure. But he shouldn't need a stiff kick, he should be gung ho to play.

i've done about as much research on this guy as a fan possibly can.

he's got a quiet competitiveness, and he's a gamer. there's a game of him going up against Mikey Williams ( super hyped and talented kid with 3 million followers while in HS). Williams was loud and showboating all game, but sharpe was the best player on the floor by far. completely unbothered by what the other guy was doing.

what he needs is reps in a 5 on 5 setting to bring back that fire. really sucked about the injury but i'm encouraged to hear he felt fine.

here's that game if you wanna watch:

Jesus Christ man. You think he looked droopy dog? Gee I wonder why. He hasn’t played organized ball in 1.5 years and he gets hurt in the first five minutes. I think that would depress me. The team clearly didn’t want him to play until he has an MRI. Just calm down on this shit.

Don't tell me to calm down when you've been one of the biggest cry wolfers on the offseason moves. Follow your own advice.

Lol what did you expect from a dude who hasn't played since high school.

That's on you for having some expectation that he was supposed to look like a #7 pick after ONE summer league game in his first competitive game since high school.

    That's all on you.

Hahaha nice comeback. Please show me where any of my other posts are incorrect. Or where exactly I’m crying wolf. I’m waiting.

Depends on his MRI I guess.

If there's no MRI machine in Vegas they can use my guess is yes.

I kinda figured it was all gonna depend on the MRI.

    No way it's dislocated.

Possible labrum scenario, but that's unlikely and worse-case.

Maybe tweaked some muscles in the rotator cuff area.

They'll work on it and I seriously doubt he sits out next game. They are just being super cautious with their lottery pick in a player evaluation game.

The Blazers injury curse is broken!

They kept showing her since the game started. Shit, she had her own camera. Definitely their pre-determined story line for the game.

Of the guards I would only keep Keon. I enjoyed watching Williams last season, but with our overabundance of guards he would never see the floor. If we want an end of bench guard we'd be better off taking a chance on potential upside. I know he was invisible tonight, but maybe Didi. Plus I'm tired of small guards like Williams.

I heard ESPN is trying out the “Mom Cam” for the 22/23 season.

All games will be half screen of the game action and half screen of the mom cam.
