Just curious. If KCP got 2 years 30 million..... does that make Norman Powell overpaid at 17-18 million or no?

You be surprised at how few teams of the 30 have won a championship in the last 50 years.

Sounds like they are changing the rules on the take foul. Now the team with the ball gets one shot and possession.

At least someone like Ainge is not cool with a treadmill team. Even if a small number of teams win the title over however many years, i'd be curious what that number is for number of teams that made the Finals.

Never be content with anything other than your mind on a championship.

I'm wondering if that will be the case in the final two minutes of a game. If so that will seriously alter strategy.

Since we were last in the Finals in '93, 20 of the 30 teams in the league have as long as you don't count the Sonics and the Thunder because then it would be 21 but that's not right. So we're in the bottom third of the league when it comes to contending if your metric is getting to the Finals.

Sure if you are gonna cherry pick salaries. Surprised you didn't throw rookie deals on there too for emphasis.

Norman Powell was underpaid when he was a Blazer, it was a much better contract than the team usually hands out to a starter. But now since he is a former Blazer he is extremely overpaid.

Just realized that myself. That makes me think Powell is overpaid for sure. We should just sign all our players to rookie deals.

    Hmmm from that list:

Player 1: 11.3 ppg, 4 rebounds,1 assist, .5 steals shooting 45% from the field and 46.6% from three
Player 2: 15.9 ppg, 4.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1 steal, shooting 46% from the field and 39% from three.
Player 3: 10.9 ppg, 2.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, .5 steals shooting 40% from the field and 37% from three.
Player 4: 19 ppg, 3.2 rebounds, 2 assists, 0.9 steals, shooting 46% from the field and 42% from three.
Player 5: 17 ppg, 3.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1 steal shooting 44.4% from the field and 32% from three.
Player 6: 14 ppg, 2.6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal shooting 41.7% form the field and 38.9% from three.

This is the one I like to share.

And yes, I think Simons will be better, but we are also paying a 6-8 million dollar per year difference for that potential.

Yeah, we're not paying Simons for the man he is now. We're paying him for the man we hope he becomes.

Just kinda funny to me how Simons is hailed as a good deal but Powell giving similar production for 6-8million less per year is certainly a bad deal.

Eh, I don't think anyone has really said it's a good deal. I think most people say it's an overpay. Then again.... I have a lot of the homers on ignore.
