Roger Clemens is 42,John Franco was effective into his 40sSo are many other players in baseball. This isnt football where a player is useless after 30.How dont the Mets have a clue where we are going? We needed 2 things this offseason, a power bat in the lineup and a closer who can close out our leads and we got both of them early
Well, this Mets team keeps adding great players, they just can't win. Kind of like the Knicks and the old Rangers. They're also the front runners for the Manny sweepstakes.
