Being a former "Denverite" (1996-2002) myself, I cannot help but call you out on the best thing Colorado sports has ever given the human race, and that would be my beloved COLORADO AVALANCHE!!!!!
    The 1996, 2001, & 2022 Stanley Cup Champions!!!!
(finally, a team I love won something!)
Seriously, the 2001 Avs's are my all time fav sports team.
How can you omit them, and call yourself a Colorado sports fan?

Pretty cool, and will always be a conversation piece.

It wasn't meant to be insulting as much as self deprecating because I'm one of the fans desperate enough to be pleading for the SL Championship win and Jabari looking like an all star while we win it.

A side note on the Monfarts. They've made so much money they were able to parley it into a beautiful , multiple building (condos, hotel, retail) complex across the street. Too bad they haven't put that much into quality pitching. And yes, quality pitching can happen at 20th & Blake. It just mostly happens for the best pitchers in baseball who play on other teams.

On the Monfort's side, i will say, they do a tremendous job of taking care of Coors Field. Opened in '95, it remains one of the finest in Baseball. Still looks brand new, inside and out. And the sunsets are the greatest in the game from the upper deck.

I think the photo is showing the top and two sides.

Bryant has a ring and some decent career hardware. He was a smart by going to the Rox - he can help improve his stats to try to set himself up for a run to the HOF. But don’t be shocked if/when the Rox trade him a year or two into his deal. He got off to a slow start and has missed 50+ games. I’m glad the Giants didn’t try to re-sign him. And I have long been a big fan of his.

If you take a quick look at it, it's not really obvious since you can't see the top in the side views.

I always loved how they built it so you can just walk right down the steps from the sidewalk and bam. The gate is right there.

You can see the top if you know what you're looking at.

If the blazers win the summer league the parade should be in Austin because it's kind of a summer Portland.

And then, most of the team, like gollum, will put on the ring and become invisible

Summer League championship is only one that matters to me. The “Finals” in June is all about money and it’s fixed. Summer League title is also harder to win.

In a past championship celebration, one sign maker was thoughtful of those who might not know who Mighty Mo referred to. (Or maybe they just enjoyed using parentheses. Or parenthesis in this case).

Certainly harder to decipher if you made the finals for sure.
