Part of thinks a lot of the people who complain about Oregon drivers either A: haven't ever actually driven many places and don't know or B: just like to cite things that make Oregon look bad. Try driving in San Diego or LA...it's a lot worse.
Seattle Drivers are the worst. They are weirdly slow and then passive aggressive while they drive. Oregon drivers are either slow or psychotic. LA drivers are bad. They get worse depending on how bad the neighborhood is.
For sure. Idaho drivers are nuts too. In Idaho we saw people at 4 way blinking red lights just barrel through at full speed. And others didn't take turns and just went when they felt like. The thing that makes me absolutely rage in Oregon is driving I-84 east. 3 lanes. 1 lane is to go I-205 North. You have people always stopping in the middle of the second lane on the freeway trying to cut others and merge in front to get on I-205 North. One of these days someone is gonna get absolutely smashed doing that. That lane isn't a merge lane. Its a full speed lane out to Gresham. I really wish they built a bridge between Washougal and Gresham/Troutdale. That would help with traffic a ton.
San Fran seemed like some crazy drivers. But idk. Iowa, Boston, Ohio and Idaho drivers have been the worst on my trip. Don't get me started on those semi truck drivers.
Exactly. I drove through LA last spring. It reminded me of that old joke: What do Californians call "following distance"? A waste of public resources.
Driving in Chicago is no picnic either. I looked at every car as if they were packing heat. If you aren't going to go 30 mph over the speed limit, don't even get on the highway there.

Yeah, my cousin out there drove us around and was absolutely flying down the freeways. Miami is crazy as shit too.
It kinda seems like it. The way the shooter acted came off like how you think of a cartel type hit man or something... The whole thing is just strange and terrifying.
Especially when you consider what is being implied to be the catalyst...the windshield wiper fluid? It doesn't damage your paint, and it's not like it would block his view.
My cousin, who is a complete wackjob, apparently pulled out a katana when a road rager confronted him. This was decades ago and the story was third hand, but he's the kind of guy that dose this. To my knowledge he didn't hurt the guy.
