A/C But I learned on Man Vs Wild that in extreme conditions you can drink your own urine to prevent dehydration.
Just swooped up a portable A/C for my girlfriend's apartment. I think it may have been the last one for sale in the greater Salem area.
Hate hot weather. We don’t have AC. Luckily I’ll be working in SF and LA all week where it will be much cooler.
You DO realize that Superfund sites are NOT sewage, right? Obviously the author of the article doesn't. And most of those Willamette Superfund sites are currently lying relatively dormant......until they are disturbed by a clean up. And any actual sewage going into the river is from illegal homeless camps. That is eminently fixable. It only takes will and effort. Comparatively speaking, the Willamette is remarkably "clean", especially compared to fifty years ago. I spent 35 years in wastewater treatment and I know what I'm talking about. AND I live in a community whose drinking water comes exclusively from the Willamette. Drinking water that exceeds requirements and receives national awards for drinking water quality year in and year out. Just because someone gets an article published doesn't mean they know what they are talking about.....or that there is truth to what they say. Right wing media is an obvious case in point. You might wanna do your homework a little deeper before hanging your hat on a stray article by a writer who might (just might) have their own agenda. There is far, far more to the subject than what was written.......
Stay outta the homeless camp areas. Those turds aren't coming for the local collections systems. That is virtually guaranteed.
And are they actually human? Way too many dog owners walk their pets along the river and refuse to clean up behind them. It's not a simple as you're trying to make it.
