you live in the highest crime city per capita.....it's the population that commits crimes....not the mayor. Blame the criminals. Nashville has had plenty of conservative leaders and still had the same crime statistics it does today....the mayor is not the problem...the criminals are.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant they put in all caps the quote, implying that is the main factor and also implying police brutality or excessive force. At a glance, what stands out is a cop saying he can beat a kid, which isnt the full truth or story. that is a perversion of the situation the article is reporting and to me, it reeks of prejudice against cops. The article title is clearly aimed at getting anti police peoples attention, instead of just reporting the situation. It is highlighting one small portion to paint a picture and minimizing other facts that help paint a clearer picture. Thats what i see anyhow.
