Tonight a battle of lefties…..to start the game. With Kevin Cash that may last 1 or 2
innings! He has capable pitchers in the pen. With Boone I’m not sure he knows who
will back up Cortes!

Game is televised on TBS….within NYC 50 mile radius, you will be blacked out from
this game. Lucky me!

Mel, when has Cashman made a definitive move to get youth up on the parent team? Judge became a Yankee
in 2013 when he was 21 yrs old. That was rare.

I cannot believe Judge is 30 yrs old.
And Cashman has not produced one championship team during Judge’s tenure. How sad!

 

Cortes, in another pimp performance, gives up a 3 run HR to Arozarena top 1st. It’s gonna be a looooooong night….again.

Boone, upset with Hicks’ performance last night, told him to sit in the corner of the dugout & was told to
not talk to anyone. LOL

Can someone explain to me as to why we even have a "hitting coach"?...if our hitters won't apply their advice, what's the use in having them?


Whatever they're paying him, I'd like to have that gig for 1/2 the money...because I know even I couldn't do any worse.

Cash, Boone, the hitting coach, and hitting coach are taking money from the Yanx under false pretenses.

Yanx' struggles have even got Judge pressing...swinging at strike 3 that was a 1/2 a foot outside.

 

Seems clear to me that Boone has lost control of this team.

 

Donaldson with the infield so far back that there's no one other than the catcher and the pitcher within 90 feet of him...yet instead of laying down a gimme bunt single, he still swings for the fences.
