I love Pittsburgh. Such a nice bland of old and new in the downtown. Also a big fan of Carnegie Mellon.
I've read recently it's a cool city...I think I always had a bad impression of it because of the "rust belt" desert that is in that neighborhood but I've never been to the city...been to Lancaster as a child but that's it.

If it has those nasty rain storms that I saw in Erie, no thanks. That was awful. I thought I was equipped for driving in rain being from Oregon. We don't get whatever that was.
I don't want to live there. But it is a lovely place to visit. (Well, I thought about going to CM, but I had a more lucrative work offer which required going somewhere else).

I once saw a perfect meteor arc over Haley's comet from my vantage point near Hood River on a clear night. Awesome, awesome, awesome.
