    JP Sears made one mistake, otherwise he kept Yankees in check. Yankees left many runners on base throughout
    the game.

    Cole gives up HR to a .224 hitting 2nd baseman in 7th…..this was Oakland’s 2nd hit of the game.
    Yankees 3 Oakland 1 end of 7.

    Peralta is not the pitcher you want protecting a 2 run lead, but BaBoone continues to call this guy to pitch the 9th….
    and of course, he gives up 2 hits and 1 run. Yankees win 3-2 in a game that should never have been this close.

    One swing by Judge…and that’s all they could muster. Ugh!

    Can't believe the contract the Mariners gave the rookie Julio Rodrigez...could max out at $470 Mil with $210 Mil guaranteed.
