    The Democratic party is not like a corporation where the CEO can just issue orders and everyone follows along or gets fired. It's a very loose association of people who don't all agree on anything, and no one can ever be fired from the party. So everyone is free to do what they think is best (for themselves, for the party, or for the country, depending on the moment), and as a result the party as a whole tends to look disorganized - because it is disorganized.

    To actually fix the problems the Republicans would have to be on board. I don't know the actual problems will ever get fixed.

    It's basically one party putting affect laws and regulations and the other undoing them over and over. It's a shit show across the board.
