A good friend of mine has a felony on his record from 25 years ago. He had a dozen pot plant starts on his back porch. A neighbor turned him in and he was convicted of possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute. Many republicans would like to institute a policy which would allow our government to execute such people. I don't believe government should have the power to make this kind of mistake.
