A class action suit has been filled against DeSantis for his kidnapping and trafficking refugees. He has argued they can't sue it because they signed release. The release was vaguely worded and only part was translated into Spanish. And refugees, hungry people, were offered a $10 Macdonalds gift card if they signed. At taxpayer expense. So the release is about as valid as Russian sponsored "elections" in occupied Ukraine.
Ever heard of background check? Still waiting. Was it a good use of taxpayer money to kidnap refugees in Texas and fly them around the country? Fly an empty plane to Delaware?
