what do i have to do to set up a network adaptor for ps2? do i have to run it through my dsl modem or my computer or can it just come from the wall jack? if i didn't have dsl i wouldn't have to ask bc its pretty plainly laid out for dial up in the directions, but the dsl part is a little harder to understand...

First you gotta rip the back off of your PS2, then you screw in the Network Adaptor. Then you take an ethernet cable, plug it in to the the Network Adaptor, plug the OTHER end of the ethernet cable into a cable modem. Then set all the numbers to zero under the configuration.

Or, you could sell your big ass PS2, and buy a slim version which has the adaptor already built in.

Or you could just buy an Xbox 360.
