    More turquoise than sea foam. Cell phone camera not great. Front part turquoise, Lucia's room and laundry room emerald, our bedroom lavender, library red with black blinds, exercise room and bathroom peach.

    I think mine was actually called tropical sunset but it's always been sea foam to me mostly due to guitar finishes being called that color...at any rate I like it ..

    It's a 55+ community so not so drastic.
    Wish list: replace hideous Formica counters. Add curtains to living room and bedroom. Bathroom floor didn't look bad, compared to rest of house but now that rest of house has new floors it stands out like sore thumb a lot of flooring left so mostly labor. Want screen on back door so I can open it in warm weather without flies getting in or Lucia getting out. Continue to improve garden. Biggie is deck repair. Main thing getting it move in ready.

    Title finally arrived. So I now officially own my house.

    Next weekend Lucia and I invited a few neighbors for our first dinner party in our new house.
