Injuries have taken a toll on this guy. Not saying I would not take a chance on him because he is big and can pass, and is long. But yeah maybe whoever we have now can actually move better enough to actually guard someone.

Yes, he would be good to have coming off the bench when we play teams that have big, slow, scoring centers. But how many of those are out there? He can not move well enough to defend anyone else away from the basket and that is what we need.

I am sure there will be games where Cousins goes off this year from beyond the arc. But there will also be times when he goes off on one of his teammates.

I am not opposed to having Nas start, but I still lean towards Winslow. Not when you have 4 other starters who need their touches. Winslow is the better ball-handler and passer. The only thing Winslow does not do well is shoot from the outside. And he has shown that he does not sit out on the perimeter waiting to do so. This is not a Terry Stotts offense.

I am not saying this guy can have a Buck Williams effect, because this is a different era. But Winslow would bring a lot to the starting unit IMO. He brings that lunch pail mentality and looks to have a high BBIQ. He just seems like a good physical option to have out there next to Grant. Who would you rather have with the ball in their hands looking for an open man? The more ball handlers out there the better.

Drew Eubanks is our backup now. I'm certain Boogie is better

Dude has more injuries than the entire roster combined, and major ones. He might be better for a single game but over an entire season that is going to be a hard pass for me.

Above are sceenshots from our show and today's Bill Simmons podcast.

Can you elaborate more on how our lighting is dreary and we have to have expensive green screens for you to enjoy it when professional shows don't have that stuff?

Is Eubanks really the backup? or is Watford, and Eubanks 3rd string?

I like how Billups is using preseason experiment with different guys see what fits best. For me Winslow is great fit as 5th starter. I’m honestly not a huge Little fan he’d be my 8th guy off the bench, energy guy or I’d even look at seeing what kind of trade we could get for him by trade deadline.

feel like we’ve become more ISO ball again this year, makes me a little nervous. Defensively I like our group once GP 2 comes back. Keon is nice as another energy change of pace guy but I wouldn’t be opposed at trading him and little for solid vet. One more piece would make huge difference

this team will win 43-45 games as is in playoffs.

Billups defense shows more effort than under stotts but it is clearly putting nurk in an uncomfortable place, he is just not mobile enough for so much switching and the rest of the team is not long enough for that.

The offense also looks mediocre so far, stotts had beautiful offense when there were better 3 shooting wings next to same and cj, it devolved into ISO without these players and unfortunately, seems very ISO heavy now with what could be better shooting.

I would experiment with Winslow running the offense as he did before his injuries in Miami and have ant and dame move a lot more off the ball, especially ant who is an exceptional catch and shoot player. He needs to play a bit like Seth curry did for the blazers, or better yet, Reggie Miller...

If Simons is your example of a guy who pans out after a few years, and makes the wait worthwhile, I’m really depressed.

It's unacceptable. I don't even know why you guys continue to do the show if you don't care enough.

    I'm hoping I don't need green font.

Yessir. My 2nd catch with him. He's a really good dude and we celebrated the Mariners getting in. It's fun and I highly recommend getting in on the #catch365

I think your look is good enough. Sure there are ways to always make it better. What you have is pretty good. I'm sure you are always looking for way to improve.

The kid has become a starter in the NBA and and one of the best shooters, while I hope Sharpe is even better I’d be ok if Simons is worst case scenario. I didn’t say Martel Webster sheesh

How would you feel if this was 1/82 as a regular season game?

Is it even possible to compare?

Dame said a while back something along the lines of “you’re gonna know him” in regards to Ant. Didn’t doubt it… Or the Contract. But I still would expect him to match the win share production that we saw between Dame and CJ, and if that doesn’t happen then it’s not even true that we will be able to blame it on Dame or Ant.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Ant hit a 3 with 0.9 left on the clock.

Grant can fill a role for us that we have been looking for since the days of Gerald Wallace

Sire Wallace II. He who hath produced Damian Lillard.

This is my commentary watching this game on DVR

Pertinent: Y’all remember back when we relied on Meyers Leonard?
