(Jan. 4, 2006) -- Minnesota Vikings Daunte Culpepper, Bryant McKinnie and Fred Smoot have pleaded not guilty to charges related to the team's bye week boating party, according to court records.A court clerk told The Associated Press that attorneys for the three players entered the pleas in a suburban branch of the Hennepin County District Court and each waived initial court appearances that were scheduled for Jan. 5.A pretrial conference for all three was set for Feb. 2.Culpepper, McKinnie, Smoot and teammate Moe Williams each face three misdemeanor charges related to the October boat party on Lake Minnetonka. The four were charged with indecent conduct, disorderly conduct and lewd or lascivious conduct.Williams' attorney, Joe Friedberg, said he'll enter a similar plea for Williams on Thursday. http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/MIN/9143388

    I thought they were charged w/ touching naked women in inapproprtiate places.

    They're guilty. They probably got Cochrans son to be their lawyers.

It's a small time lawyer trying to make a name for himself with a high profile MISDERMEANOR case.</span>

    My god (I really shouldn't use my name in vain). No need to get all technical. I could really care less if they were guilty or not. I just threw it out there because I don't like the Vikings.

    They're Pro Football players. Of corse they'll get away with it.
