My Evoca setup finally showed today after 12 days. They're probably getting hammered though with the season due to start. It was pretty easy to setup just took awhile to update and find channels. There's 40 streaming channels including two Root sports channels, and a Winterhawks and a Thorns channel. So another 36 channels of absolute crap I'll never watch. Looks like the only game not on Root this season is the TNT game, so all that's left is to rage at Spectrum when their shitty internet drops just before or during a game.
Mine was an easy set up, tho it kept telling my my wifi set up didn't connect. I didn't even connect to an antenna and I got some channels OTA.
it took me far longer than I want to admit, to find the tv channels. I kept re-scanning, since it doesn't automatically say "CLICK THE TV SHAPED ICON YOU BUFFOON"
Streaming companies & cable have collectively, brought us sports fans to our knees. I spend 85 for Fubo, but i do get Blazers, most of the college football stations, and NFL games on the usual suspect stations. Pac 12 Network is useless because it shows a bunch of stuff i don't watch. Need to pay ANOTHER 9 bucks to get those games. I listen to radio and do my job delivering when Oregon & OSU games aren't on ESPN, ABC, Fox, or FS1. Is what it is.
I have read about using a VPN to subscribe to League Pass in another country, where there are no blackouts for any of the games. Has anyone tried that?
I like it. I wonder if you have to have the same IP address for it to work, assuming you get more than one receiver.
