was wondering if we'd sign him, somewhat of a risk but at that price probably worth it, love it if he could get back to last year's form, wonder what guarantees or opt outs there might be?
4 year for 28 mil. Average 7 mil per year. Is it a steal? That's pretty much the Bi-Annual exception money. I thought he would get 13 to 15 mil per after last season.
Slightly less than MLE-money. Frickin' steal (not that he is worth more than MLE at this point just that some other team would have given him more when they could).
If he is healthy, it's a great deal. If not, it's a very moveable contract. Good for the team and good for NAS to have some security given his injury history.
Some great news! Please tell me you didn’t accidentally leave off a “1” at the beginning of that contract amount.
LOL, I think his slow start in preseason helped as well, can he ever stay heathy is really the key for him, really good risk/reward IMO at this price
It seems as though the Blazers, Nasir and his agent are all equally afraid he may self-destruct next time he gets bumped going up for a dunk.
Not with his injury history. He's decided not to bet on himself. He didnt want to end up as one of those 1-2 million a year player that waits to get signed every year. I love Naz and think he's talented but he has yet to be anywhere close to a consistent contributed.
of the entire contract kp jr got only 15-16 mil is guaranteed in the first yr,, he has had issues in the past and Rockets protected themselves very well
