At his current pace that would be like 12-15 games right? (hes averaging like 30 points a game i think?) So to account for a couple lower point games, within 20 games?
At his current pace of 33.3 ppg, it should take him 12 games to pass Drexler. November 19, 2022 - Blazers at home versus Utah Far and away my favorite Blazer ever. Dame represents the team and city well. I hope he retires as a Blazer.
Dame is also #85 on the all-time NBA Career Scoring Leaders board. If he averages 25 ppg (about his career average), and plays in 80% of the games, he should be able to get 1,500 more points by the end of the 2022-23 season. That should put him around 19,150 career points. That would put him around #62. If he stays injury free, and can maintain his ppg in the upper 20s, he definitely has a chance of getting to around 19,600. That would put Dame right around #53, overtaking none other than Cliff Robinson. Top 50 all-time NBA Career Scoring leader is within sight. That will be a huge accomplishment.
Drexler is #34 on the all-time scoring list. He not only had points with Portland, he also had points with Houston.
