    Payton wouldn’t actually play center, but I think rotationally you don’t want him out there with Dirk and we have seen the winslow in Newark pair well together for some minutes.

    everyone would eat in a rotation like that. i’m not sure that sharpe is ready for 24 minutes, but the blazers could find them for him if he is.

    Height is far less important then length in the NBA. A key fascet of team defense is switchability & having Bam who can reasonably switch off on most anyone at the most important defensive position is especially important. He's made All NBA D teams the last 3 years and of course Jimmy Butler has made a few too. Outside of Gary Payton II, pretty sure Portland doesn't feature anyone who has garnered a single vote for those teams.

    Neither is finishing as the top seed in the East last year. I really don't know how anyone would say the Heat are trash unless they were drunk, joking, or don't know boo about hoops... are you sure someone actually said and meant that?

    (about Friday's game) “I think everybody was. I was so hyped, I felt like a player at that moment,” Billups said. “I wanted to go out there and bump chests with him.”

    Billups said his view of Sharpe began to change very early in training camp when the 6-foot-6 guard had “two incredible blocks against the starters,” followed by a step-back jumper that forced overtime in a scrimmage.

    “I was like, ‘this dude is a little different,'” Billups remembers thinking.

    Then, the week between the end of preseason and the start of the regular season, Sharpe’s talent became too great for Billups to ignore. The Blazers scrimmaged nearly every day for a week.

    “And he was one of the best guys in the scrimmage every day,” Billups said

    That pretty much sums up how this tortured fan base has felt in these opening weeks of the season. It’s been a surreal start, helped by a cool rookie who continues to open eyes and make his appearances must-see TV.

    What’s next? You have to watch.

    “The sky is not the limit,” Winslow said. “Because he can jump out of it.”

    So when Jay Bilas comments during draft night that when he took in a Kentucky practice, he was more interested in the guy (Sharpe) that was doing crazy stuff with the ball elsewhere on the court. Said he was taken back by his athleticism.

    i would just crop and adjust. I have a pretty cool poster/flyer program and photo printer up to 11x17.
