Trade Grant and Hart for Davis in LA. Trade works money wise. LA might like the idea of some shooters. Davis is injury prone however. Seems like he needs a new environment.

Talented guy but there's a reason they call him Street Clothes Davis.

It would be an interesting experiment. Davis would make this a slower less winning team i believe in the regular season. However he would probably make them a better playoff team with defense and slowing down of the game during the playoffs

I do agree that it is a much better option/gamble than Ben Simmons.

Trade 2 dawgs for a brittle washed up prima donna?
I am certain I can even hear Chauncey yelling "AH HELL NO!" all the way from Miami.

I remember what he did in New Orleans, the guy is talented but I wouldn't want him to do the same thing here if he got unhappy. That killed his trade value at the time and screwed the Pelicans hardcore from what I recall. It's interesting, and from a raw talent perspective I think that is if anything a very bad value for the Lakers, but I personally wouldn't consider this trade at this time.

in the last 4 seasons, he's averaged 48 games. That's terrible for somebody making 40M/year

the fantasy of AD is much better than the reality of AD

If this was a poker game we would be trading a pair of 7s for a free drink coupon at a strip club that went out of business years ago.

Any idea of Davis, Lebron, or Simmons is horrible in terms of team chemistry and the amount of players/picks going out to make a deal work. No thanks. I'm happy to let this current cake bake and see where we go.
