Mitchell could play with AFL SoulFri, 20 Jan 2006 21:47:06 -0800Ed Barkowitz, of the Philadelphia Daily News, reports free agent WR Freddie Mitchell (Chiefs) might be targeted by the Arena Football League's Philadelphia Soul. Team president Ron Jaworski said he is trying to reach out to Mitchell to gauge any potential interest in joining the team. The Soul would have to maneuver their salary cap as they are already at their limit and Mitchell would have to play defense as well

    I really think he can still play a small role with an NFL team as a third, maybe even a fourth reciever.
