OKC traded Grant for a pick when they traded everyone for picks. Denver wanted to keep Grant but he chose Detroit. Now Detroit pivoted to a rebuild so doesn't make sense for him there. I don't think his journey through teams is a concern.

Winslow is more of a clear bench player, those guys just always bounce around the league. He'd be buried on a team like Toronto but has an opportunity here right now so maybe it works out for a few seasons.

I read all those. Not ONE of them said what you claimed. I stand by everything you quoted and I stand by that I've never claimed "coaching doesn't matter." If you can't tell a major difference between "I think coaching in general is highly overrated" and "coaching doesn't matter."; I don't know how to dumb it down for you.

If you don't think my opinions are credible, I will do my best to get over the heart-break and move on.

You can continue to spread false narratives and be upset beacuse you don't agree with my opinions. If you make false claims because you lack reading comprehension, then I will continue to call you out on it, because I think accuracy matters.

Winslow has had a history of injuries.

Grant has been chasing dollars. He left Denver for more money and a bigger role . I’m sure the Nuggets would have loved to keep him. He wanted to be THE GUY. That wasn’t gonna happen in Denver. Honestly it was my biggest concern when we brought him in could he accept being third fiddle?

False narratives?!?! Lol in one of the quotes you literally say, “Or maybe the coaching just doesn't really matter that much.” You literally said those exact words that you’re claiming you never said. That truly is a Donald Trump level of falsehood!

No not angry at all. I just don’t like that particular poster because he portrays himself as a know-it-all and constantly belittles other members of this forum (in a passive aggressive way). Time to give him a taste of his own medicine.

Please find this thread that I “started”! Or is this another one of your many lies! Do you actually know what facts are? Time to come off the meds, maybe?

If you want to have a basketball discussion about this topic and take the opposite side of my stance and claim coaching matters a lot; I have a question for you:

Why do we see coaches go from the "NBA coach of the year", to being fired within a year or two when team success dips? Did they forget how to coach in 82 games? Why was Luke Walton so good at Golden St and so bad in Sacramento?

You don't see players win the MVP and then get cut a year or two later.

What’s with NBA players and wine these days? Haha just hear about wine talk a lot. It’s funny to me.

"But but but, there are some on this forum (they know who they are) that swear that coaching (and by extension, coaches) doesn’t matter!"

That’s a thread?!? Do you know the difference between a thread and a post? Your not doing yourself any favours. You’re digging a deeper and deeper hole for yourself. That foot is firmly planted in your throat now!

We got great chemistry. That Santa Barbara training camp was a great idea by Chauncey. They think they can beat anyone.

Making false claims over and over isn't going to make them true. I tip my cap for all the off-topic, cliche, one-liners you dropped. Anything to keep the focus off the original topic is wise.

I apologize, you are right. It seems wrong to let lies go unchecked, but it also shouldn't be the focus on the night of a great win!
