I am sorry but that is both ignorant and idiotic.</div>Once again, how is it ignorant to not put somebody IN MY OPINION OF THE TOP 5? Keep proving yourself to be any dumber and I think you may qualify as a true mentally retarded human. Not to mention your a Colts fan which makes you want Starvin Marvin up there. Chances are your a front runner anyways.Another funny thing about you is your favorite player is a Center. That makes me laugh.
so it is funny that my favorite player is a center, but you switched your favorite team like 3 times in the past week?Gotcha. It is a crime not to have mavin in you list of top recievers, and to say he is overratted is crazy. But like you said it is your opinion.

The reason I did this was explained in another topic so I won't go into details. On the other hand, if you know it is my opinion then why are you criticising my thoughts and my thoughts are he is not a top 5 reciever and he is overrated. Deal with what I think or find someone else to tell your crap to because I don't care.
Personally I dont know how a center can be ur favorite player when u barley see them in the plays except when they hike the ball. And who is Bobby Sanders ? Last time i checked his name was Bob Sanders.
wow this is such a pointless arguement.Jeff Saturday is my favorite player because he is so fun to watch. He is always downfield on big running plays, he is usually making the tackle on interceptions and if there is a pile for the ball he will usually come up with it. I call Bob Sanders Bobby because that is my name and when I met him I called him that and he laughed. All I wanted to get across with this is that not having Marvin in the top recievers is like not having ketchup on a hotdog.

lol I didnt' mean it like that, even though it's true . I meant some people don't prefer or like what you do. I'm not going to argue over this because you like Marvin and I don't. I meant that metaphorically, but it went on as if it's what I meant
This thread went way off topic, however I don't think it's a stretch to not have Marvin in your top 5. Maybe a year or two ago he was a lock, but not now. He still runs great routes...but if he was on another offense without Peyton..Wayne..Edge(who will be gone) I don't think he'd be able to carry load for another teams offense like a Steve Smith, or Santana Moss would. I don't see him go over the middle and make the tough catches in traffic...as soon as he grabs a ball he hits the turf.He was no where to be found in the Colts Playoff game this year against the Steelers...3 catches for 52 yards? with his QB throwin' it 38 times?

SO let me get this straight.........you take him off the list becuase he has another weapon on his team to share the load? I dont get the reasoning.

Some of the other guys I've seen mentioned like Boldin can take a routine curl route to the house while bowling through defenders breaking 6 tackles, Smitty routinely took check swing passes behind the line all the way while making defenders look like fools trying to tackle him..and so on. Again it depends what your main factors are in grading them...if it's explosiveness and playmaking..then I wouldn't say he's top 5, if it's consistency than yes he's definitely in there.
