I think the main problem with this one is the bad choice of colors. The Green BG would work if ND was wearing the Green uniform probably, but even so the bg color sorta reminds me of vomit.You dont put the motion blur over the Brady Quinn layer.The BG needs a little more details in order to pull off the look your looking for (Im assuming something almost like the BG in my sig)The logo just looks out of place...(once again blue logo on vomit green bg = bad combo)and the Textwork could use alot of work. Its not working here.
All the stuff on the left looks great, all the stuff on the right looks terrible. The transparent logo looks bad, the logo text is hard to see and the regular text is lacking.
Text is still hurten but the BG is better and that pennant look is cool--it gives it a traditional/throwback notre dame look
