Downgrade for Turner

    If you didn't know former Head Coach Norv Turner was signed as the offensive coordinator to the 49ers. Wow one day the head coach of a NFL team, the next a O - Coordinator for the worst team in the NFL. [​IMG]

    Hes a really good offensive coordinator, he just happens to suck as an HC.

(Mike McCarthy).Great hire by Nolan and company, Turner has made it clear he is in it for the long haul; he's committed to staying in SF for years. Alex Smith is lucky to be taught by one of the best offensive minds in the NFL.

    I think that was a good hire of the 9ers, I agree with you guys that Norv sux at HC but will probably be successful at OC. They couldn't of gotten a much better guy than Norv at this point--a lot of coaches have been hired.
