I don't know the answer to all of these (and some are easy to find): What team do the Blazers have the most wins against? What team do the Blazers have the highest winning % against? What team do the Blazers have the most losses against? What team do the Blazers have the worst losing % against? What state (outside of Oregon) do the Blazers have the best record in (this one I have no idea how to find out..my guess is California, mostly because of the Warriors, Kings and Clippers).
1.) LA Clippers 2.) Charlotte Hornets 3.) Phoenix Suns 4.) Milwaukee Bucks 5.) If you are going by most wins it's California. If you are going by winning percentage, North Carolina. If you are going winning percentage in a state with multiple teams it's New York.
