Who's watching it?Cutler threw a pick and Sinorice Moss had a nice reverse run and a bomb TD reception!
These are my impressions by what ive seen of the game so far.QB- Jay Cutler started at QB, while he didnt have a very impressive statline (3 for 9, INT), he had absolutely no help in his supporting cast, Hagan dropped one pass, and should have made a move to catch another that ended up intercepted. Byrd dropped a screen pass. He showed a very good arm and good mobility in the pocket, however he forced a few passes- Brodie Croyle looked decent, handed the ball off alot to DeAngelo Williams, but he did find Sinorice Moss deep in the endzone for a touchdown drive.- Charlie Whitehurst looked good on his opening drive, going 5 for 5 with a TD to Klopfenstein on that drive, but didnt do much afterwards once the pressure started getting to him.- Michael Robinson looked bad as a WR, but has a good scrambleing ability as a QB, but he looks like hes planning on running the ball every single play.- D.J. Shockley is awful so far. Sacked, Intercepted...hasnt been impressive at all.RB- DeAngelo Williams looked good.... Good vision, good feetwork, ect.- Bell has looked strong and elusive not letting defenders tackle him rather easily- Cedric Humes showed a good amount of power early on.WR- Sinorice Moss has looked good, they used him in a reverse and he caught a 30 yard TD pass where he ran around the cornerback who was doing a zone. They are using him in sorta a Steve Smith type role.- Derek Hagan sucks ass. Drops everything, looked really bad. I wouldnt touch him in Day 1 personally.- So far in the game, if your name isnt Moss and you play Wide Reciever you have done almost nothing.- Michael Robinson played a little bit of WR, was tackled for a 4 yard loss on a reverse...not impressive.TE- Dominique Byrd from USC looks good, the guy has made 2 very nice plays which went for at least 20 yards, however he dropped a screen pass, but has looked good. - Joe Klopfenstein was relatively quiet until he exploaded for a nice Touchdown catch over Howard.- TJ Williams made a nice move to make a tight grab, but dropped it after getting Jacked up by the safety.OT- Marcus McNeill has nice hands making a nice catch off of a tipped pass.NT - Gabe Watson is unguardable, the guy constantly pushes the pile back and makes plays.WR- Skylar Green muffed a punt, he went to get the punt, tripped as he was getting there, then the ball hit him and bounced into the endzone where it was recovered by the North. Touchdown.
Sweetness,sounds like Moss completely dominated the whole game lol.Cant wait to see highlights tonight on sports center.
It was on ESPN, JHair I did already have a Senior Bowl thread. I'll be watching the game later on, I was out all day last night, I heard Moss did good locking up a round 2 selection to the Redskinsya right I just said that for you JHair.
