im suprised Zach Thomas hasnt been mentioned.yeah he made the PB this year and a handfull of other times but he doesnt get the attention he deserves.hes consistently been one of the best LBs in the game and was arguably the best LB last year.hes beat all the odds.when he came into this league they said hes too small hes too slow hes not strong enough hes not smart enough.well guess what hes the smartest defender in the leauge.and hes shown that despite what they said he couldnt do he has more heart than anyone and proved what he can do.they also said he would NEVER fit in Sabans defense and is at the end of his carreer.i watch every game and that is the furthest thing from reality.ok i know what you guys are thinkin.enough with the Zach lovefest.so heres some others.Chris CooleyJohn Henderson(how did he not get in the PB)Keith Bullucki cant belive im saying this but Jonathan Vilma.hes a stud and im still amazed he was snubbed from the initial PB team.and [IMG] London Fletcher the AFCE is full of some great LBs and i never hear his name mentioned.

Although he's a probowler, Jeremiah Trotter doesnt get much attention. Some others can be LJ smith, a rising star TE. Bertrand Berry is also underrated.

Andra Davis is a stud, but those comparisons are invalid. Andra's game is tackling the ball carrier, so of course tackles are going to be his strong point. Porter and Marriman are different kind of players, they are big time pass rushers who are not left alone to roam free and get to the ball carrier like Davis is. And June sat out like 4 games down the stretch and is a better pass defender then some of the safeties in the probowl (Bobby sanders included)

To have a good running game, you must have a passing game. I think Eli suceeded with flying colors in that category.I think Patrick Kerney is highly underrated as well.

Alan Faneca... Surprised he isn't even mentioned. He is one of the main reason why we are one of the best runnnig team the last few years. You gotta give him a lot of credit. This guy is a beast. He can get the job done.
