    That story about Santos' mother's family being Jewish refugees from Nazis? A lie. His mother's family arrived in Brazil before Nazis came to power. And they weren't Jewish.

    Show your birth certificate might be applicable here. A former coworker of Santos said he claimed to have been born in Brazil and still a citizen.

    A naturalized citizen can run for Congress if they have been a citizen for at least 7 years.

    Not only is he a resident of Florida, he might not be legally qualified to run for any office.

    Michael Capps is a former Republican state legislator in Kansas. He sponsored bills to outlaw abortion, ban trans people and to put In God We Trust on every public building because of course he's a Christian.

    Mr. Capps pleaded guilty to 12 counts of filing false Covid relief claims and money laundering.

    The old fashioned out of date Jesus of Nazareth drove money changers from the temple but Republican Jesus loves financial fraud.
