Predict the standings, and either keep the current rosters in mind or if the team will do any good things in the off-season.

1 - NYG - With Eli Manning getting anothe year under his belt, the offense will only improve. The defense should also do well, with some FA signingns and perhaps a nice draft2 - Washingont - probably a WC pick, a QB away from a really nice team. Defense is fantastic and Offense has some palymakers. 3 - Dallas - They need a young Qb for the future, but the defense should keep them in games.4 - Philly - TO saga will still screw with them, and that defense isnt getting younger. Lack of an running game at all will hurt them.

^Dang, with how good the G-Men did this year and that only being Eli's 2nd year and really his first full season, you think they'll come in 3rd?

I have Washington in first cuz we went the furthest out of any team in our division this season, and further than the GMen into the playoffs. As you already know, I am a huge doubter of Eli and I think he is overrated because of the name on the back of his jersey. Tiki is only gonna get older and I just don't see him being as dominant next season as he was last. He says he's not all banged up like most backs his age but whether he likes it or not, getting older takes a toll on your body physically and mentally. It's inevitable. I also feel that your defense is real soft compared to that of the rest of the division.I feel like the Eagles will be good next year but they will no longer be a dominant force in our division, they have returned from the highgrounds and aren't gonna push ANYONE around anymore. And I see Dallas at the bottom, but not by much. It's gonna be close between them and the Giants.

And I think this season Eli did A LOT better than people thought he would, though he struggled at the end. He made mistakes, but in his first full season with a new WR, changing o-line, and all that, I think it was pretty good. And yeah of course Tiki will get older because EVERYONE gets older, but you cant tell me he'll go from 1800 yards rushing yards to only like 1000 rushing yards and 500 recieving yards to 200 recieving yards.Yeah the Skins went further than us in the playoffs, but you see the team we played in the wildcard? The Panthers who were picked to go to the Superbowl and we're unstoppable until the title game. Im not saying the Buccs arent good, but they had injuries and weren't at their best.About Philly, I dont see how they dont struggle again. Sure they can turn it around, but they have a lot of holes. McNabb clearly struggled with the sports hernia and with no WR, which looks like TO is gonna be traded most likely. Whos gonna be their #1 WR? What about the running game? Westbrook hasn't been much recently, and the Eagles dont even go to him as much as they should. I just dont see how those standings are really that possible. Just my view though.

i see the Igles and Boys both competing for the first pick next year....both of them have serious holes, especially the Igles. They have no running game, and their only catching option is a slightly overrated Witten. Their defense relies on aging players like Jeremiah Trotter and JEvon Kearse. On that defense, the only person i trust would be Dawkins.

I don't care if the Panthers were picked to go to the Super Bowl, the fact of the matter is they didn't. The Bucs had the #1 overall defense in the league going into that game, and we beat them defensively. At least we put some points up [IMG]

You did get farther though, I'll admit that. But to everyone who thinks Eagles will get 1st or 2nd...just tell me how you think that will happen? I just see too many holes to fill so quickly.

Thats pretty rare for a football team in the NFL. They were pretty much saying how the Eagles have too much to fix to do good, and they will struggle again next year. And how TO is gonna be gone and Westbrook is a question mark too. Im not saying these guys are right, but I share a similar view.I think any team in the NFC East is in better shape than the Eagles. Maybe even the Cowboys. And Eagles have the most holes to fill up.

Eagles had a lot of injury problems last season, and they have a pretty young team, so I think they can if recooperate this offseason, next year if everyones healthy they should be very competitive.

They better have a stellar off-season to recover from this passed season.

For 2006 I say1.) Dallas- I think they are going to surprise a lot of people this year their young Defense is getting more and more experienced and they have a good Qb in Drew Bledsoe2.) Giants- I think that Eli needs to mature a bit more for the Giants to win the EAST this year because he can't make mistakes in situations needed for a first down.3.) Washington- Santana moss has been a big part of their offense this year but Brunell's arm can't hold up forever.4.) Philly finishes dead last again but with a better record this year I think the East will be tough but Philly just don't have the weapons anymore to get to the Playoffs sure McNabb is returning but if you can't get protection for him it will be another long season.
