I had a Zen Micro and it died on me for the 2nd time in 2 months, so I've decided to return it and sell the replacement I receive. The question is, what should I get to replace it? I've narrowed it down to PSP or iPod video, or possibly an iPod Nano, so I can tape it to the back of my Razr and have a "ghetto" ROKR phone
That iPod video, don't get it. It's pretty dumb, my sister and my girlfriend have 1 and the battery power completely sucks on both of them.I got my PSP and I love the damn thing. If you're ever somewhere you don't wanna be, like a long car ride/air flight/bus ride, just whip that sucka out and it will keep you entertained. I love it, and it's only gonna get better games as time goes on. I recommend GTA and NFL Street for it.
Please keep in mind that this will replace my current MP3 player, which is keeping me sane during History and English.
If your getting an iPod for the purpose of using it as a video player, you are wasteing your money. There is a few bugs involved in the iPod for Videos so far that will probably be worked out in the next version of the iPod. My honest advice would be to wait on the next gen iPod's if you want a video player. If you are getting an iPod to be a MP3 player, there is no better option.
You would be a complete idiot if you decided to not get the PSP.I say buy that and a 512MB memory stick ($40) because the 32mb sucks. On the PSP,you can play AMAZING games, store files, songs, videos, etc. Its the whole package.Almost like a little computer.
PSP kicks butt, my bro has it, and I have an iPod Video. I love my iPod Video because I got movies and music videos on there, and tons of music. It is such a lifesaver in school and my walk home. Love it. And I havent had any problems with it really, and I've had it for a couple of months.

But I have a cover on it.
I'd rather have a PSP anyday, I have friends who have one and Madden and NBA Live are awesome on it. I love it, and i'm saving up to get one.
Ipod video. PSP is just too expensive. 2 many accessories for 2 much money. ipod is the best in music and good for videos.
PSP costs 250 I think by itself. A HUGE memory stick is about 100 dollars. Add to that the USB cable, protecter, Games, etc. PSP isnt cheap.
Theres your mistake, you thought wrong.I got my PSP GIG pack that comes with that $100 memory stick and Madden 06 for $250.Most people should already have USB cords and if you dont for some weird reason then its only like $8-10 bucks at Radioshack.
