hes a really good coach and as such, he should be coaching, what he did is his personal business, he didnt force anyone to have sex with him, it was consensual, hes a cheater, well guess what, a lot of people cheat, thats not the reason to get canceled lol

he wont be coaching boston celtics again, thats understandable, he banged wife of someone within the organization, so obviously that can cause problems at work, but someone should give him a job, brooklyn nets really folded under pressure

i immediately though about the outrage caused by the chauncey billups hire, but the organization didnt fold under pressure, so i guess there would be backlash again, although sitations are not even remotely similar

billups may have or may have not commited rape, but certainly it wasnt proven that he did commited rape, with udoka is different, we know that he commited adultery and not only that, he banged wife of someone from within the organization and he possibly did it at work place (im not sure if thats the case)

its understandable that any organization have trust issues when it comes to ime udoka, fear that he could do it again and cause problems, maybe i would think the same if i was important part of the organization, but im not, so i think he should be given another job, hes really, really good... but hes an idiot, he was coaching legendary franchise, lead them to the finals and would probably won chip with them in the future

if youre gonna commit adultery, dont bang women from within the organization or girlfriend/wife of someone from within the organization, find woman elsewhere, theres plently of them

    Did you actually write this?

It shouldn't "FLY" in any city or with any organization.

You simply don't fuck your subordinates and stay in positions of power. Not only did he fuckup but he showed absolutely no capability of understanding that he fucked up and then he continued to fuckup.

There are hundreds of other people that are rising among the coaching ranks. Why on earth would the Blazers put themselves in this position? Why associate with this?
    Just WHY?

why would i care that he commited adultery, it wasnt my girfriend/wife

it was consensual, they both wanted to fuck, so they did, thats their problem, not mine

It wasn't just what you say it was which by the way it would be enough not to go that route.

"The woman later accused Udoka of making unwanted comments, which prompted a series of internal interviews, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania."

I agree that it "shouldn't fly" in any city or organization, but it happens all the time.

While I am a bit concerned Billups may not be a good coach, ultimately this roster is such shit the coach just isn't significant.

When the roster is getting close to contending then the coach will be more important. I'm not sure if we're 4 years away from that, 10 years, or longer.

I wouldn't touch Ime as a head coach if we were contending; and even less interested since we aren't. I think he needs to excel as an assistant again until he gets that opportunity.

It "Doesn't Happen" a lot more of the time. Way more of the time people know the rules and they admit when they are wrong.
Very Very seldom actually does something like this happen.

Don't think Chauncey is going anywhere anytime soon. And as far as coaches out there in general, I would rather get a top assistant like Charles Lee tbh.

This is where I'm at. Not really a fan of Scott Brooks but from what i hear he has done a good job. He certainly was very active during the last game in Chauncey's ear quite a bit.

Chauncey will be given a lot of rope given his relationship with Joe but Jody isn't going to spend without results for long. I like the idea of Snyder as a coach but not Ime....you need unconditional trust around a staff and team to have a healthy franchise. Ime can fuck whoever he wants but not as a leader and role model for Portland youth or our young players. Character matters and so does transparency.

This stat questions that. 28% of divorces are due to infidelity. That tells me its much more common than very very seldom.

What are 3 main causes of divorce in America?
    "); display: inline-block; height: 24px; width: 24px; transform: rotateZ(-180deg);">

According to a recent survey of 191 CDFA professionals from across North America, the three leading causes of divorce are "basic incompatibility" (43%), "infidelity" (28%), and "money issues" (22%).

Did he break a law or force someone to do something they didn't do? If not, im in the camp of get out of other peoples bedrooms.
Two consenting adults had sexual relations while one was married.
This is a personal issue the professional side has no business judging.

if this is an issue then the employee who has a wife willing to sleep with her husbands coworkers should also be banned from whatever. How dare he bring such a person around the team! But nothing like that happened so its not a professional issue. Boston showed that.

Sooo many people sooo over judgemental with moral superiority complexes…(not saying you @Fairly-Hard , just most in general)
This forum has become very hard to read because everyone knows everything. Its all facts(opinions brought as facts) with no discussions to be had.
Its one of the main reasons i don't really post anymore….generally a waste of time to try to discuss anything.
