lol, first of all Pennington can't win a big game if his life depended. Everyone in NY knows that. Last year they lost the patriots and a number of other good teams. Pennington isnt a good qb. Its like saying peyton is better than Tom Brady. the redzone stat wasnt that impressive since he had curtis martin all his career. And now u got rid of heimerdinger for another OC. You can also blame management or the OC for not using moss to his potential. you saw what he did with WSH this year. Theyre heading in a good direction if they get a rb and a qb. Defense is very good. resigning abraham would also help.

Including a 41-0 smacking of the Colts in 2002 and beating the Chargers last year, and it would have been 3 playoff games if Doug Brien didnt miss 2 kicks in the 4th quarter and overtime in the playoffs against Pittsburgh. Everybody in New York knows that Pennington wont stay healthy for a 16 game season, but when the guy is healthy he is a damn good QB, so give the guy a break. Im not saying hes a top 10 QB or anything like that, but when hes healthy he gets the job done.As for Santana Moss, this was probably the first season in the guys career where he didnt have a nagging hamstring injury. The potential for him to explode like this was always there (as shown by his 1100 recieving yards in 2003), but he was never really healthy enough to do that. Say what you want also, but I still feel that the Jets got the better end of that deal, because Coles fits our offense alot better then Moss ever did.

The Chargers shouldve won the game. They shouldve left early in the playoffs. Secondly, the jets shouldnt have even been in the playoffs. They had one of the easiest schedules in the league. They lost to 4 playoff teams. tHOSE ARE BIG games. Secondly, I dont think anyone would want coles over moss especially since Moss just entered his prime. How did u get the better end of the deal, when Moss is a pro-bowler and Coles isnt. It makes no sense. O, and please dont include the Colts because they can't win big games either.

O, and please dont include the Colts because they can't win big games either.</div>Word of advice, never argue Jets with me because your not going to win.1) Kaeding only missed the Field Goal on a drive that NEVER should have taken place, you seem to neglect one of the worst penalties that I have ever seen on Barton that took the game to overtime in the first place. If they had gotten the call right of no penalty, the game would have ended in regulation and the Jets would have won.2) Moss abused the worst secondaries in the game all season long, he had his 100 yard games on Denver, Seattle, NY Giants, San Francisco, and Kansas City, all of which are in the bottom 10 pass defenses in the league. Every time he played a secondary that wasnt bottom 10 he did not put up close to that in numbers, except for the fluke win in dallas week 2. Expect him to not have close to the kind of numbers he had last season next year.Coles on the other hand had 5 different Quarterbacks throwing him the ball. That means he had to rebuild chemistry with 5 different quarterbacks. I expect him to have much better numbers next season when he only has to deal with one QB giving him the ball.
LoL, word of advice. DOnt challenge me.1) First of all it did Happen, Barton made a stupid play and they got penalized because of it. The Jets should've lost in regulation not the opposite way around. Please remind me what secondary's? The Eagles? The Cowboys? Those are really good secondary's. Here some big names in the NFC East: Dawkins, Roy Williams, Lito Sheppard, sheldon brown, Michael Lewis, etc, etc. Moss. Denver has champ bailey( the best cb in the league), The chiefs have Patrick Surtain, The G-men dont have a good secondary but they do have a very good front four who hurried Brunell all game long. Please dont say Moss is overrated because he isnt. He has the speed and good hands.3) Coles hasnt had a good receiving year in a long time buddy. He only has a total of 6 td's the past 2 years. Maybe it is chemistry. This year is going 2 solve alot of problems.
Ehh, to each his own. But I think this thread has 1) lived its course and 2) gone horribly off topicso im going to lock it.
