I like the hustle and bustle of the work week. I hate staying home/working from home too. An extra day off, I'd just do jack shit all day. Rather have more vacation days.
Well not gonna bring up money but if you get excited about working for a Fortune 5 company with high levels of stress where you spend most of your time giving presentations, speaking with clients/partners who all think they should be making more money, all while relying on others to do their jobs well so you can do yours, I’ve got the job for you!
I wonder, and I'll admit it's because I'm not looking this up because my job doesn't have a typical '40 hour work week', and I might be wrong, but is this really just saying that the 40 hour requirement to qualify for certain things (I.e., insurance or benefits) would be lowered to 32?
I've had a three day work week the past few months thanks to paid leave Oregon. That's a different subject entirely, but it basically works out to me working three 12s. I love it and wish it could go on forever. The best part about it is getting to hang out with my son, obviously.
