BTW, whoever left SZA's "Kill Bill" in the rotation for the song vote on the night we memorialized Bill Schonely's passing probably needs to have a couple of weeks of unpaid leave, too. I love the song, but that was unintentional dark humor on the occasion.

 

Just fire Chauncey and make interim coach Scott Brooks

I see times when I can't tell if Chauncey or Stotts is coaching them a little too often. A little too much iso or questionable shot selection or playing defense like we'll just get it back on the other end.

I thought he was a good coaching choice because of what he'd bring in terms of a tougher, more consistent team, but a huge part of them was presuming on my part that the team would buy in. They either haven't or just can't get it. I tend to believe it's the former.

 

If Chauncey is going to remain our head coach, Joe would be a fool not to majorly overhaul the roster around Dame. I honestly think he should be actively shopping everyone besides Dame, Jerami and Shae... I don't just think he should be doing that, he's a fucking idiot if he isn't/doesn't.

 

Changes....but not MAJOR changes. Still have (and re-signed Nurk) and still are built around small guards who don't play much D. So some of the pieces moved, but the identity is still very much the same. 'Win by outscoring the other team.'

Until that changes, and the personnel that goes with it, this will continue to be one repeated season after another.

 

There isn’t a realistic or obtainable trade target to solve this teams problems.

 

Dame very irritated with the media's line of questioning. Also worth a listen for those who didn't catch it.

 

I see a lot 6’7” - 6’9” guys on that list who could help our roster even if we didn’t get Wemby

 

If trading 60% of your starting lineup and your 2nd best player isn't major, then I guess you want Dame gone.
