The holding call on Seattle was questionable and Ben's TD plunge was too close. I'll be honest I didn't think he crossed the goal line. Probably one of the worst games the Steelers played all season but its sad that some media outlets and seahawk fans are so bitter acting like the game was handed to them. Lets not forget how many passes Stephens dropped and the poor clock management at the end of the first half by Seattle. Seattle had plenty of opportunties in this game, so putting all the blame on the refs is insane. Look at what the Steelers had to deal with in Indy. Matt Hasselbeck proved me wrong and is one hell of a quarterback. Great game Seahawk fans!!!!! And to any bitter (sore losers) who cant accept that Pittsburgh won and wanna say we had the game handed to us....cry me a friggin river!!

Those officials handed you that game. I would be just find and may even congrat you if it was legitimate. But this game was anything but legit. Every turn this game the referees went the Steelers way. It was like they decided to side with Pittsburgh over that Indy game.

Lets say both of the calls were reversed. On the interference call, lets say it was Touchdown Seahawks...On the Roethlisberger run, lets say it was stopped, FG Steelers....The score still would have been something like 17-14 Steelers then. The calls didnt cost the Seahawks the game.

I'm not one to blame games on the refs, and I won't here, but some of the calls were just aseninely stupid. Very minimal contact that they should have just let fly, they had to throw the flag. Pitt wasn't penalized on every little thing. Still, good game Pitt, and congrats to Jerome and Co.

I think that Seattle has no one else to blame but Matt Hassleback for the crucial 4th Quarter Interception that ultimately put the lights out.

Yo Dawgfan, stop hating on the Steelers. That PI by Hope/Jackson wasn't a bad call. He actually shoves him to catch that touchdown. Steelers just stuck with a gameplan and out-played Seahawks big-time. People should stop complaining, the blame should be on Stevens. He is the one that dropped a bunch of passes. There was no way the refs handed us the game. Like I said, we stuck with a gameplan.

Losing any bad calls aren't gonna put 11 points on the board for you.I could see if it was like a one possesion game people could make a stick about this, but that's just retarded to go and say the refs gave the Steelers the win. If you watched the game, you will know the Steelers are easily the better team! Not just from the scoreboard but just how much more it seemed they WANTED it and how much HARDER they faught.

Seattle fan be happy that you have finally gotten to a Super Bowl. [IMG] I have no doubt in my mind if Alexander stays with the team next year that they will be in the Super Bowl again. I do give the Hawks credit on attacking our secondary, thats the one part of our defense that has kept me frustrated for years now. Our pass coverage needs improvement.

Okay, for all of you people who say that if this changed and that didn't happen and all that bullshit, listen. Whatever happened was meant to happen and God intended it that way. That Bettis fumble against the Colts happened and it was suppose to happen because it was meant to be that way. Ben being there at the right spot to tackle that guy who recovered the football was meant to be that way. Vanderjagt missing the field goal was meant to be. After the Panthers lost (or after any of my teams lose be it NBA or NHL or whatever), I didn't look at it like if Delhomme(or anyone on the Panthers, I'm not targeting him) didn't make those mistakes, that the Panthers could've gone to the Superbowl and won. The Steelers were meant to win the Superbowl.

Ok let someone NEUTRAL step on in the situation.SEAHAWKS FANS-Stop bitching, the game is over and there is now way in hell its gonna be changed so your wasting your time.Congradulate the guys that beat you and focus on next year.STEELERS FANS-PLEASE! Stop saying that those calls were not bad calls. They were bad calls (two of the worst ive seen this season especially since they even REVIEWED the Ben TD.)And yeah,if Ben missed that TD...FG Steelers. And if that touchdown wasnt taken away from Seattle,we have a tied ballgame here fellas. But its over now.FORGET ABOUT IT.You won, stop bitching because you know that if those calls went the Seahawks way and they ultimately won, youd be saying they were bad calls.Xpost, yes there was contact on the play. But the thing you are failing to mention because you are a Steelers fan is there was very MINIMAL contact by BOTH players.

Dude, Darrell Jackson did NOT push off and Roethlisberger was NOT in. But I was rooting for Pittsburgh anyways.
