Wiseman’s value is low - he’s lost most of the time. Moody has been underwhelming as well. Kaminga is the only GS youngster worth trading for
Kerr doesn’t like rookies. And GSW is the worst place to go if you want minutes as a rookie/young guy. I’m sure Wiseman is better than this. Moody is a solid role guy.
Hope we have had a scout at Orlando games lately. Has Isaac recovered from his ACL injury? Why does @Rastapopoulos hate Bamba? Looking at them I noticed one thing: Isaac kept getting significantly better every year before his injury. Bamba going the other direction. Isaac clearly a better defender, aveaged 2 steals and 3 blocks per 36 before his injury and better advanced defensive ratings than Bamba. In fact, after my research would clearly prefer Isaac if he is healthy, and kind of turned off by Bamba. If they decided Isaac was just as strong and athletic as pre-injury, they could trade Simons for him and Suggs. He is a PF. BTW Suggs had 5 steals last night (or the night before?) and 4 tonight. My McDaniels on Charlotte, who has not done well since being demoted to the second team (because Hayward came back?) was 5 for 7, 14 points and 4 steals in 23 minutes.
If that's the case, though, we shouldn't be trading for them on their potential to thrive in Portland. We should be trading for them like players who looked lost in GS. Don't overpay for fixer-uppers.
SI suggests Winslow/Keon/GB3 for Bamba https://www.si.com/nba/magic/news/n...ake-miami-heat-los-angeles-la-lakers-involved
We've already overpaid... Nurkic. Offloading him and getting young prospects in return isn't an overpay; it's a bargain.
I'd suggest, instead, GP3 + Keon for Bamba if the Vulcans weren't so opposed to tax, then GP3 + a 2nd (or two) for Bamba.
From everything I’ve heard Winslow/two seconds for Vanderbilt is all but done. Heard along the same lines of a deal from multiple in Blazer media now.
