while Nurkic is out, I'd think Eubanks is the starter. Maybe Billups would start Vanderbilt but I'd be surprised
nurk is out for six more games its obvious that scoring off the bench is a big problem and it needs to be adressed, moreso than adding a defensive player perhaps we wouldnt need another scorer if ant gets moved to the bench, but that wont happen... but that would leave us with hart, vanderbilt & nurk (3-pointer is improving, but i wouldnt call him a stretch five just yet), three non-shooters in the starting line-up, which is terrible
I seriously doubt you'd see any lineups with Nurkic and Vanderbilt on the floor at the same time. Eubanks and Vanderbilt maybe trading for Vanderbilt is a way to add some good bench length for defense and rebounding. If the trade is Winslow it's a way to convert an expiring contract for a discounted salary next season, maintaining a 4M+ trade chip

Look at the scoring for the month of January. Those are huge offensive numbers. Yes, it is primarily done by the starters, but the way Chauncey is staggering the starters, they are mixed in with the bench. So you always have 2 starters on the floor and one of them is Dame or Ant. I would argue that more defense is what is needed.

Or vice versa. Maybe the offer from us was Justise and two seconds and now he either has other teams involved or is floating to the media that other teams are involved to get our third available second rounder those being the better of the Wolves or Hornets in 2024 and both ours and the Pelicans in 2027.
