You have to minipulate the link. Right click, then copy image location. Then paste it into the search bar, and chanfe the NFL to whatever sport you want, and then the Was to whatever team you want (Example "Den" for Denver) That's how I do it.

 

They are just images from yahoo sports. They use them for every sport under the players/teams profiles.
