So in my mind the puzzle pieces are starting to come together. Teammates were critical of him not wanting to play. He got bugged by it, wanted out. He complained to GS medical staff that his injury hasn’t healed. There’s no way if they had the physical yesterday that they could’ve got imaging and testing done. So they were going off his word. I think Payton is a fraud and so is GS medical staff
Agreed. We're nearing 0% probability this trade is voided. The GSW aren't going to want to bring any more attention to this. The less light on it, the better.
It would cost the Warriors millions in luxury tax to rescind the trade at this point, they'd have to take back the players and salary that went out in the deal. Not a good move by GS to play dirty pool for this guy.

the Josh stuff confirmed my suspicions from the beginning. Players are notoriously pro-player in almost every situation so the fact that none of GPs teammates came to his defense spoke volumes.
