Don’t be surprised if they go for a guy like Sundqvist on Detroit who is in the last year of his contract.

Canes are going to make a big move now. They will panic.

I would be surprised if Kravtsov does not get moved for some scrub bottom 6 guy and late round pick. if he gets scratched for this scrub lyshishinn or whatever his name is it’s obvious he is not in their plans. It’s shame another top ten pick is wasted.

Kane to the Canes? Kravtsov for Motte (or a Motte type)? I'd love to have him back anchoring the 4th line with Goodrow.

I'd still like to see a stud 4th line center faceoff guy. Goodrow is not great on faceoffs. Columbus is too stupid to cash in on Jenner. I'm thinking Monahan. Montreal can eat some of his salary. He's in the last year of his contract. 55% on draws with some offense. He'd be perfect to center the 4th line.

Two many years left and a 3.5m$ cap hit but I would love to have Tanev on the Rangers

I have seen Nick Bjugstad's name come up. Arizona is out of it, and he could slot in on the 4th line with Goodrow. Good fit with size.

Highly likely the Rangers have one more move in them - add another player to upgrade the 4th line. Truth is that's all they really need. The top 9 is set, they have good size and depth on D (I would never dismiss adding one more dman for extra depth - but they don't need it with Harpur and Hajek), and they have good options on the 4th line as is, but could stand to add one more guy to upgrade and pair with Goodrow to form a great 4th line and add depth.

Kravtsov asked for trade again. Can’t blame the kid this time. I thought he did a good job the few minutes and games he actually got to play. Nice job by gallant lowering the kids trade value to zero. Gallant playing his buddies son les-shit over him who sucks ass is a joke.

He didn’t do a good job. He sucked. Knocked off the puck constantly. Said it many times Kravtsov is a pussy. Non playoff player.

Yes, Leschyshyn blows. Drury knows this and will upgrade. Gauthier to me is key with his speed. He’s getting better.

Bonino could maybe be another option.

Kravstov hurt his trade value when he opted to play back home instead of the AHL.. Now it's just a matter of Drury sifting through all the offers made by other teams hearing of Vitali's plight looking for a soft Russian player.

If Kravtsov put on 20 lbs of muscle, get a little tougher, he's got the hockey IQ to be useful. However, here, he has no chance. Cuylle and Othmann are built for the NHL playoffs. Mc-Barker looks like he's a keeper. There is no future for him here.

Ottawa has 2 2nds next year. Maybe they'd trade Motte with one of them to us.

We need a center on that line with top faceoff skills.

Kane announces he will accept a trade to Toronto or the rangers. Guess he’s going to Toronto as I do t see how we fit him unless Chicago pays his whole salary and I do t think the rules allow that

we currently have more cap space than Toronto, we would need to find a trade partner and trade Goodrow if they really want to acquire Kane

They don't, a team can only retain 50%. I think the only way Kane to us works now is if a 3rd team got involved and also eat some of his cap hit - per the rule that is allowed. So we'd get him at 33% or something less than 50%. I just don't see that happening, and would have to guess it is Toronto or bust.

Truth is Toronto doesn't really need Kane though, they have plenty of O, they need D and we'll see about their goalie. But if they can get Kane for cheap as the only team in the mix, why not I guess.

Kane's Remaining Daily Cap Hit [IMG] : $3,291,892
if Chicago retains 50% then we are on the hook for $1,645,946.

We have CURRENT CAP SPACE [IMG] : $1,150,239

Wonder what 15 teams are on Goodrow's no trade list as his Remaining Daily Cap Hit [IMG] : $1,141,712
