Yeah I heard, not really surprising.. I still don't think the Raiders will be good even if Art Shell was a very successful head coach back in the 90's.

I never said no to the Raiders. (they never asked me for some season though....). I think Shell can last more than three years, if he can turn Tuiasosopo or Walter into a NFL QB, and contain Randy Moss.
I really loved watching Art Shell coach in the 90's but I don't see anything good coming out of this. The Raiders organization is in disarray and there is more problems in that organization other than the coach. Personally I think that the ownership is the problem. I just don't think Al Davis knows what he is doing anymore.
The owner is one of the best he gets what the team need and spends money. We have the players and monet now to win again. Art shell will be a great head coach again so stop hating!!!
